Advance payment may be required before the commencement of the project to confirm booking and initiate material procurement.

Final payment shall be made as per mutually agreed milestones or upon completion of the project, as specified in the quotation or agreement.

Clients are responsible for providing clear site access, necessary permissions, and a safe working environment for smooth execution of the project.

Any additional work, changes, or modifications requested beyond the original quotation scope will be treated as extra work and will be charged separately after client approval.
